[EML2.20] Why have my mail/folders have disappeared from webmail?

We offer two types of webmail (and desktop client) access - POP3 and IMAP4.

When you access your mail through POP3 on a desktop client, it is most often downloaded off the server onto your computer. If you don't want this to happen, many clients have an option to leave messages on the server, or you can consider using IMAP4.

If you create folders on your desktop client using POP3, these won't be updated on webmail, as they are just created locally.

Additionally, you won't be able to access folders created in the POP3 mailbox
